Sarai Imani — Return & Exchange Policy

At Sarai Imani, we carefully inspect every garment before it is shipped to ensure that you receive your order in excellent condition. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we have established the following policy for returns and exchanges.
1. Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
To be eligible for a return:
* The item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition.
* The item must be returned with its original packaging and tags where applicable.
* The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
* Items that have been washed, altered, damaged, stained, or otherwise used cannot be returned.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during delivery, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please send clear photographs or videos showing the issue. Once reviewed and confirmed, Sarai Imani will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund.
3. Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused and in its original condition.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will discuss the available options with you.
4. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom-made, personalized, altered or made-to-measure garments are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect or we have sent an incorrect item.
Because these pieces are created specifically for the client, we cannot accept returns based solely on a change of mind, incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, or preference changes after production.
5. Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer may be subject to different return or exchange conditions. Any applicable restrictions will be stated at the time of purchase.
6. Return Shipping
For defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items, Sarai Imani will provide instructions regarding the return shipping process.
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other reasons not caused by Sarai Imani, the customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
Original shipping and delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to Sarai Imani.
7. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

* Reason for the return or exchange
* Clear photographs/videos where applicable
